Questions, answered

Which vehicle should I choose?

By passengers and luggage. A Dzire or Aura sedan suits up to four with two bags; an Ertiga or Carens takes six with three; an Innova Crysta seats seven with four bags and is the usual choice for long outstation trips. Above that, the Force Urbania carries 13 and the tempo travellers 12 to 25.

Are all your cars air-conditioned?

Every vehicle in the fleet, including the tempo travellers and the Urbania. The tempo travellers have pushback seats and the Urbania has recliners.

Is self-drive car rental available?

No. Every vehicle comes with a driver. On outstation work most people find that is what they wanted anyway — the driver knows the road, the stops and the parking.

How do per-kilometre rates compare with your fixed fares?

The per-km rate on this page applies when there is no fixed price for your journey. For the routes we run most, we quote a fixed all-inclusive fare instead, and on a known route that is usually the better value of the two. The routes and fares page has the full list.

How are the cars maintained?

Cleaned before every trip, and serviced on a regular schedule with safety checks.
