Bookings & confirmation
A booking is confirmed once we acknowledge it by call, WhatsApp or message. Please share accurate pick-up details, timing and passenger count so we can assign the right car and driver.
Fares & payments
Fares are shared before your trip and may vary with distance, waiting time, tolls, parking, state taxes and night charges. Any extra charges incurred during the journey are payable at the end of the trip.
Cancellations & changes
You may cancel or reschedule a booking by contacting us as early as possible. Cancellations made at short notice, or after a driver has been dispatched, may attract a reasonable charge.
Your responsibilities
Please be ready at the agreed pick-up time and treat the vehicle and driver with respect. Smoking, carrying illegal or hazardous items, and any damage to the vehicle are the passenger's responsibility.
Our commitment & liability
We work hard to provide safe, comfortable and punctual rides. We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions or events beyond our reasonable control.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The version shown here, with the date above, is the one that applies to your booking.
